Hi,

I'm creating a new combo...however, when I select combo to draw on my form, and when I select to look up fields in table or query, it only shows me the ID numbers of primary and foreign keys....How do I get it to show me all the fields in a table?

Thanks and regards,

Francis

If you have selected all the field to show up then the possible problem would be the size of the combo box. I would check in the properties under the size(i think like ht and width) if there is a 0" present then this is why they do not show up. I usualluy use trial and error method to set the 0" to some other value so that it would show up to the required size.
let me know if this works

Check the 'Column Count' and 'Column Widths' properties of the combo box.

Typically the ID numbers you describe would be the 'bound' column, but not displayed. The text you wish to appear in the list would be the second column and visible as if it is the only column. In this case the 'Column Count' property would be set to 2, the 'Column Widths' property would be set to 0cm;[X]cm and the 'Bound Column' property set to 1.

You can of course display more than just one column depending on your 'Row Source'.
