the form i am trying to print has combo boxes as subforms on it. when i try to print it, the subforms show all records (they are addresses, i want the user to be able to select them!)

also, how do i print my main form so it only shows a certain number of records from subform on each page (say 10 records then start on a new page)

bear in mind i have no knowledge of vba programming but am well versed in the other ways of Access!!

Well create a report instead of printing the "Form"
Then you can have the report look at a query which looks at the forms fields and at the combo box.

That's the way I always do it. DougP, MCP
