I'm using a Farpoint Spread 3.0 control which is similar to an MSFlexGrid. I am using a combo box type cell in the control in several instances which lists down a number of choices to select from when the cell is clicked (in the same style that a normal combo box would). My problem is as follows and it seems to me that it is a bug in the control itself; If you select the top option of the list that you are presented with i.e. if your choice from the top of the list down is Apple, Box, Cat and you select Apple - it ignores the selection and leaves the cell blank. If you select Box or Cat however they will appear in the cell. It seems like the first option on the list just doesn't register for some reason. Has anyone come across this before or is there a work around for it.
Any help would be apppreciated because its driving me nuts !!
