combining worksheets to make a single chart

I have excel 2007. I need to combine worksheets (found in seperate workbooks)to a workbook where the end result will be a fifth worksheet that is a chart containing information from all the worksheets. How do I do that?

This is a method that I use quite often to gather data from various sheets within the workbook or from sheets in other workbooks. The QBE Query Grid is similar to one you might see in MS Access.
