I have a server that has three partitions on it. my drive c is almost full. is there any way to add the other partition to my c drive without having to start building the server all over again?

combining partions without reformatting

Check out Partition Magic 5.01. I needed to do the same thing for my W2K server and it worked just fine for me.
I resized other partitions to create additional free space and then resized the full partition to use the newly created space.
