I am designing a program using COM+ and Stored Procedures.

What is the benefit of using COM+ over Stored Procedures.
(vice-versa)

Hi,

Stored Procedures reduce network traffic and more SQL Server activity. If you COM+, you can reduce SQL Server activity but need to make more SQL calls to SQL Server thus increasing network traffic.
