I'm having trouble with my modem. I get a dial tone but it doesn't dial out. In my devices it didn't show com 3 so I added it since my modem was on com 3 but it says it has a problem (com 3, modem is OK)so i change IRQ etc so i don't have any conflicts but still no good. Must it be listed in the devices in the first place? (Before I only showed com 1)
