Lets say I have a COM object like JMAIL on a webserver, is there anyway i can allow only certain users to be able to access that object?

Set NTFS permission on the DLL would mean that they could not instantiate it if they could not read it. Another way to do it would be to install it under MTS and assign roles and permission to it.
