COM+ componont is unable to be run twice

Hi !
what is exactly ur problem is, your registry entries
when you must have cleared registry and started it works fine
but if u can register,it makes another set of registry entries
this is due to corrupt of component services or MTS.
I will advice u is first format ur machine.
reinstall windows , reinstall MTS or component services
and it will work fine.
It is one of common problem with windows
u must have installed some software like crystal reports,
or some oracle software or something whose registry entries
clashes with ur component services
