column formatting in create stmt(oracle sql*plus)

I think you might be posting in the wrong group. This is the Microsoft SQL server group. It looks like you want one of the Oracle forums. Go to the search option (top of the page), type in ORACLE and make sure the radio button next to 'Find a forum' is selected.
