Hello can someone please check this page for me and explain was the coloured scrollbar does not work. I have checked the code and it works in DW4 but not in Ultradev apparently.

coloured scroll not appearing

Hi there,
The coding you have placed in your page works fine, a black bar with a green border. Can't see why you are concerned about it as it is only at the browser level that the real effects are seen. If there is a difficulty viewing the scroll bar in the 'live data' view in UD, it is of little consequence. As long as your visitors are using IE 4 or greater (and maybe NS6, not too sure about that) they too will be able to complement you on you colour scheme. Do be too concerned.
