Color separation on Quark

I have just started working in a graphic arts buisness and it has been about five years since I used quark so I do not remember one thing. I was wondering how to separate colors on quark so that they are ready for the printing machines. well hope someone can help, thanks!!!

Go File>print then click on the layout tab then clink seperations.

BTW - after doing that click on to options tab and make sure the screen angles are not the same
