Hi,
I am planning to take the PL/SQL Program units test. Has anyone taken this test ? Could I get any tips or information about resources to prepare for this test. I dont think they have any book for this test yet.

Hi Annie,

I took 1z0-147 on September and certified.

I used 'Oracle PL/SQL Programming' from Oreilly,
gained knowledge in PL/SQL. In terms of test taking
skills, I used selftestsoftware's CD-ROM.

If you complete the CD-ROM and fully understand it, you will be okay.

Thanks for the info.
In terms of preparation, how much time do u think is enough to prepare for the exam?
I am planning to allot 3 weeks for the preparation. How much time did u take?

Hi Annie,

3 weeks will be enough to prapare yourself. In my case I studied 7 days (3-4 hours each day) to fine tune my knowledge for the test.
