Hello,
My wife is recent college grad with a good amount of entry level MS Access skills and she wishes to throw herself fully into become a database administrator/programmer/whatever else.
She has a litte lexpereicne with VB and is a good c++ programmer based on her colelge grades in those areas. What is the best way to get people to recognize her desire to enter this field ,especially since now one hires entry level people anymore. Career advice on how to get started is appreciated. I thoguth about certification courses in SQL but is seems so expensive and is it really worth it. Will people hire me because I have SQL on my resume but from taking a course.
appreciate it. life is short.
