Collecting work codes information

We have a Definity G3Rsi and we are running BCMS.
How can I collect work codes entered by the agents?
BCMS doesn't seem to collect them but is it possible to get them manually through other type of reports?

Thanks.

CMS is the only application that can retrieve work codes for reporting purposes.

BCMS will not do this.
