Collapse and Expand Elements 1

Hello all,

I would like to replicate the expand/collapse feature on

http://www.ituroncavalry.com.

It's the red squares with minus symbols (-) in it on the upper right corner of the title bars. If you click on it, the box is collapsed and the red square is replaced by a blue square with a plus symbol (+) in it.

Could you all point me in the right direction? I want to do that to each of the boxes on

http://www.wochelp.com/wochelp.new/index.asp.

Currently the left boxes are posted from a database, each with a unique ID.
