We have an application that was developed for us by a consultant group and we have been dependent upon this group for support and maintenance of the application until recently. We are now positioned so we can support and maintain the app on our own and are preparing a request to obtain project documentation. Can anyone suggest specific project documentation that we should not overlook when requesting materials from the vendor to help us in this transition? I will request Project Plans, Site Maps, Functional and Technical Specs. What am I missing?

is this consultant group CMM or CMMi certified. if so, ask them for all the configuration management documentation, and all other CMM related documents.
