Cognos or SAP BW

Hi flex,
The issue is that my IT manager is pretty involved on SAP Project implementation and his aim is to develop SAP BW for reporting and analysis and I know that it's not user-friendly but he wants to have only one reporting datasource rather than maintining Oracle BBDD and then Cognos reports & Cube Models.
I need a document or web-link or whatever just for me to make a report saying why SAP BW & Cognos can live together, see what I mean?
