Cofiguring RAD and ACD

Can anyone assist in telling me how to configure ACD queues along with installing an analogue RAD onto this switch.

What type of config on the ACD Queues are you looking for?

I need to associate a number of DDI numbers with various agent group which will overflow to other queues.

I use 1 agent group and asign the ddi's to the resume routing acd groups each different q is then assigned a skill which agents have or not

not sure if this is what you want, but Ill try
