Codes behind Menu

Looking at an Access database left by an intern, the application launches with a Menu on top that goes like this:

CRS EXTRACT CRS REPORTS CRS BACKUP
EXTRACT GL Generate Report Backup Data
EXTRACT SPOT Print Report
EXTRACT RATES Save Report

Is there anyway to know what Macro or modules are called when I click on any?

This assumes that a custom-designed form is used as the Menu form:

1. {F11} to open the database window
2. Click on the FORMS tab to open the Forms window
3. Select the Switchboard form and open it in DESIGN view
4. Use the PROPERTY Sheet to view the code (or macro) behind each individual control. It will probably be behind the ON CLICK event of each control.

If the designer has created a Switchboard using the Switchboard Manager,

1. {F11} to open the database window
2. Click on the TABLES tab to open the Tables window.
3. Open the table "Switchboard Items". This table lists all the actions, Forms opened and Functions or Macros used to run the Switchboard.
