Codebase to FPD2.6a

Does anyone have any experience with using Codebase for WIN
CE/Pocket PC to work with FPD2.6a on WIFI Pocket PC Platform.
I am attempting to implement inventory audit/price audit
on Symbol 8846 Pocket PC connected to Win98 FPD2.6a over
802.11b/g network.

Would appreciate any thoughts.

Codebase is fully foxpro 2.6a compatible.
You should not have any problems there.

Having recently completed my first PPC project using VB.NET (Compact Framework), I believe that it can only talk to SQL Server natively over WiFi.

Are you using .NET (VB or C#) or one of the embedded languages? How are you using CodeBase?

I have no experience with Codebase, but noticed they also offer a product called Code Translator used to convert prg's to C++ that can then be compiled to run under the Codebase framework

Unfortunately that does not include the PPC platform.

Just looking for ways to produce small footprint high performance apps on the Pocket PC.
