Code for flash screen 1

can someone please give my the coding for a splash screen so that is is displayed for 5seconds then closes

Add a timer to the splash screen and set its interval property to 5000. Then add this code to the timer event

Private Sub Timer1_Timer()
Unload Me
Set frmSplash = Nothing
End Sub
