code a submit button to email to multiple people

I am having problems using vb script on a frontpage site. What I am trying to do is to code the submit button on the following page

http://www.travelmgmt.com/resources/triprequest.htm

I cannot however figure this out. That is why I am coming to you. Please help, I have a deadline to meet. Thanks for all of your help.

My main goal is to code the submit button to read the combo boxes from above and email to the agents that is corresponding to that name from above.
