What does control break mean to you? What problem(s) are you having? For anyone here to really be of help, you need to provide the rules of what you are trying to do.
Suggest you post a bit of sample input data and the output you want from this sample input when processed by your "control break" program.
Control breaks basically take additional actions when the control break occurs (i.e. the "key" changes).
