This is a snapshot of seven 2-way CO trunks in an Option 11C, REL 25.4. I manage Can someone tell me what the RVSD in parenthesis stands for? I have five users in this office, and they are complaining that they occasionally get a busy signal when they try dialing out (both long-distance and local calls), and I am trying to trouble shoot the issue. The route for these trunks is RO 5, and SRCH is LIN, and ICOG is IAO. So, what is RVSD?, and how can I ensure that outbound calls are looking at the group of seven CO lines correctly. BTW...inbound calls to these trunks (hunting set up on the carrier end) is working beautifully. I am thinking I may have a glare situation, but before I start chasing leads....thoughts?
