CMS Supervisor

Hi,

We are using CMS Supervisor 17. When we try to run report, the names are in distorted view. if we login usin the same ID in other machine, it works. Even tried re-installing completely but it doesnt help.

Make sure you are Fully uninstalling cms sup on the pc with issue. Sometimes the Windows program uninstall does not remove everything. One give away that it is not fully uninstalled is after uninstalling / reinstalling when you get to the user name password screen the user name will still be populated. On the PC check use regedit to see if you still have traces of cms sup after the uninstall.

Did you uninstall it with windows uninstaller ?
