CMS Supervisor v16, Operation could not be Completed, Error 28351 - Failed Object into App Memory

SITUATION
User was attempting to run a customized report within the Designer Category on the Historical tab.

1st Error Appears...
Unable to complete the requested operation. Please try again or contact Technical Support. Error 28351 Failed to get the object in to the application's memory space. Location: REnginecvsReport:m_ParseReport:110

2nd Error Appears...
Unable to complete the requested operation. Error 28351 Failed to get the object in to the application's memory space. Location: frmSelectRept:RSel_SelReport

RESOLUTION
Deleted the TMP file located within the User Profile Folder\AppData\Roaming\Avaya\CMS Supervisor R16\Cache. (File Name = CVS_Cache.tmp)
