CMS Supervisor timeout

We have a customer that uses a supervisor logon to display information on an LCD screen for use as a wallboard
The wallboard has to be reset up everyday as they are losing connection from the cms server every night, the network connection is not lost.
Is there a timeout for supervisor logins on the CMS?

Not that I know out - but there could be a timeout on the PC running the supervisor program (DHCP lease). Some CMS releases use a reverse dns lookup in the authentication process, and if the PC suddenly has a new ip address - I guess that could cause it.

pc's never(!) get a new ip address when the lease expires.
windows or bind will always renew the same address if the pc stays on.

we (on a R8.5) get a disconnect after the daily swap from SPE A to SPE B every night around 830pm
