CMS Supervisor R17 issue with reports

Hi

Have a weird issue that's only happening on Lenovo laptops! CMS R17 is installed and can be logged into no problem but when selecting reports CMS Supervisor crashes.

Is this a known issue and is there a cure?

Error is "Controller has stopped working" - we roll out the same Win 7 build to all our laptops when deployed but this is local to lenovo only!

Maybe old c++ runtimes or something? check the install guide for stuff you need on your pc first. I just use webreporting now for the most part. or something - and the CMSWeb part is case sensitive
