I have just converted many of our PCs to Windows XP, now we are having problems running CentreVu reports on those PCs. I am using CentreVu v11 and there are periodically times when the CentreVu reports do not refresh and the user has to close down the report and re-open it. Is there anything that I can do to fix this or is it a program that is affecting this since Avaya says that CentreVu v11 works with XP.

Empty the Cache Folder C:\Program Files\Avaya\CMS Supervisor 11\Cache.

Let me know if this worked.

Avaya, Octel, AUDIX, CMS and other fun stuff.

Thanks I tried it, and removing the cache worked for a little, however its back to its same old non-refresh. I wrote a program to actually remove and re-create the cache on every start-up of the computer and it still did not refresh after about 5 hours of use.

I do know that there is a size issue with the tmp file in the cache which will cause this type of issue, so I called Avaya and apparently there is another v11 CMS software that has a fix for this. I have not tried it yet but our Sister office has and they have had no issues since installing it. I just found this out today after reading your post.

Call Avaya and let me know what happens, thanks.

Thank you, I will contact them and see if I can receive that upgrade of software.
