Is there away automatically to give a agent a new skill every day during a set timeframe say 10am to 1pm. Then remove this skill after said time.

Yes, you can do this with "timetables" in CMS. To start a timetable hit the F4 key.

where do you do this within CMS cannot seem to find it.

In CMS, not CentreVu, hit the F4 key and it will bring up a menu on the bottom. Your options are "Timetable" and "Shortcut".

I have the root userid and password, do you know what menu I need to start. Normally I start cmsadm only.

Sounds like you are using the main consule. Log in using your root account. Enter 615 as terminal type. At the $ enter "cms". This should get you into the main menu. Once you are logged in hit your F4 key.

It's not a menu item. Just press F4 when you're at the main menu and you'll get a menu for timetables.
