CMS R19 error on VDI

Hi, I've recently encountered this error when adding a CMS server to a newly installed CMS supervisor R19 on VDI environment (Windows 10).

"Failed to initialize TAPI. The Windows Telephony service may not be running or cannot start"

Tried both on R19.1 and 19.2, same error.

Any advice on how to make this work? Thank you.

nvm, got the answer - Windows telephony services was disabled, so just need to enable it.
