Hi I am trying to administer agents on multiple Acd’s using ASA. When I log in to the Cms I have access to agents on Acd2 . How can I change this to have access to ACD 1 using ASA?

Is your CMS already connected to the other ACD? If so, you just have to change the ACD in the drop down when you select Agent Administration if you have permission to access it.
If you don't have permission to access it, just change your User Permissions and add access to the ACD.
