We are using Avaya CM and CMS ver 19.2 in our office call center. We have different department and every department skill have 10 agents and a supervisor assigned so that they may received there related complains, we have total of 09 departments and thus 9 skills. Now for some reason we have allowed all supervisors to add or move agents between skills. Is there any report exist in CMS which can show the activity of supervisor related to skill changes? i mean which supervisor added or move agent from one skill to another??
Regards

This is a good thing that supervisors make skill changes. I would hate to have to that myself.

To see who made changes in CMS go to Maintenance -> ACD Admin Log Report

You can then pair in CM with:

# cd /var/log/ecs
# grep 1234 commandhistory

Make sure CM has enabled command logging set to yes under 'disp logging-levels'

Thanks Phoneguy55, it is working for me.
