CMS Period1 - 9 empty for Internal Transfer VDNs

Hi,

We've setup a call profile for all skills on all of our ACDs in CMS but still all the VDNs used for internal transfers are showing a 0 in Period1 - Period9 in the VDN tables in the CMS database.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did you set up call profiles for the VDNs as well? In the CMS, under "Call Center Administration" their are two menu items concerning call profiles... "Split/Skill Call Profile" and "VDN Call Profile" You need to set up the VDN call profiles to be able to pull reports on them.
