Is the data that CMS sends to eWFM standard or customized?

If it is a standard "dump" of data, does anyone have a document that states what is sent to eWFM from CMS?

It is a customised report generally one for the historical feed and another for the real time adherence. These are supplied by Avaya for a price of course when you need to get the integration done.

Thanks. I also found how to view what was being sent out from CMS to eWFM by going to the menu in CMS and choosing the restore data menu option but sending the output to the screen instead of ftp.
