Is there any way of generating a report that can tell me how many times a number is pressed to go out of the call flow,for example they press 1 for pension 2 for health and so on....Thx
The only other way would be to have External Call History setup. There is a field that will show you last digits entered. However, if you have multiple levels of options it will only provide you with the last entry.
