CMS: calls are missing in the VDN report 1

Hi,

if I compare the historical call-profile vdn report and the split/skill report of the same project, there are 7 calls missing in the vdn report.

(see picture:
The split/skill report has the right sum of 2046 calls.
 
Did you make changes to the service interval during the day? If so that would probably account for data being missing. Check a full day when no changes were made and see if this is still the case.
 
I agree with TykeUK, expecially since the report shows a YES in the "Service Intervals Changed" and "Acceptable Service Changed" fields.
