CMS agent trace

Hi all

Can someone advise where and how is the agent trace limit in CMS increased?

Log into cms and click on tools, system setup, select data storage allocation and click ok. You can change the number of agent trace records in here.

Prior to changing anything on the DSA form you have to turn off data collection for all ACDs and put the CMS in Single-User mode. Print the DSA form before you make any changes. Check the free-space before you change the DSA.

and keep in mind that the more agent traces you activate, the more system resources it will take which can lead to deteriorating performance of the CMS...
