CMS Agent Admin Reports Tab

Are you asking because it is grayed_out and you think you need to set something to be able to access the reports that may live there? There are a number of selections that have a similar tab, offering the belief that you are missing out on reports. I do not think that there are any reports available. I pretty much have access to everything (except those tabs).
The data you want is available via a real-time designer report based on the "cagent" table.
