CMS ACD calls VS TASKE Total calls off'd

CMS ACD calls VS TASKE Total calls off'd

For a Split/Skill summary monthly report CMS (version 14.1) reports 26194 ACD calls with 1110 Aban calls. (= 27304)

TASKE (version 8.9.3283.0) reports 27077 Total calls Off'd with 1097 Total Long Aband. (= 28174)


I am trying to figure out how these numbers are different. Has anyone else had this type of issue?
