CMM voice port foos during 1 min

Hi,

I install the CMM and the link is working
I call it and it's working but only one call could be done. When i try to do a second one, it disconnect the first call.
When i hook on the phoneset, all the voice port are in mode "foos" so i could not join the CMM for nearly one minute.

Could somebody show me the way to configure correctly the CMM
