Hello, We are using Avaya CMM. When users want to check their vm box they press # to avoid to enter the extension number, however, that is not working. Is there a place in CMM where I can enable/disable the # option? thanks!

Sounds like you're not sending the calling party number. Is this a new installation? Did you setup the public numbering plan properly?

hello rockspop

Yes, it's a new installation. I always setup the voicemail hunt group in the public numbering, however, I was told to set it up in the private numbering for this system. I can try adding this to the public numbering as well. Thanks!

Get a trace of the event and post it, let's see what you're sending.
