please anyone can help me with cmg 7.5
when i import names on cmg server in directory manager,names of extension didn't appear to the operator workstation but when i enter
it manually it is appear to the operator,any ideas??

Have the entries in DM got view in operator ticked?

The records you import, you can see the extension in DM and officeweb? This is the same db entries as NOW so must be something wrong in your impexp process, have you checked the registry is correct for your impexp? You are importing the extension as telno? checked all your settings for NOW in CM?
