Trying to send an email in Visual C++ using MAPI functions. I am getting an error no: 8 while trying to call the CMC_Query_Configuration function. Do not know the reason yet.

Possible causes are:

UI availability
Session on etc..

How do I figure out what's causing the problem.

Would appreciate any help in figuring this out.
