i mean the modem multitech do not answare in the media server 8500
i made some test to the modem and in the main page of the browser i can not enable te modem
it send me this error
/usr/bin/sudo: no password entry for samp
error RunSampModCtl:"/opt/ecs/sys/sampmodctl -off" failed with status 0x100
error: processoffsamp :RunSampModCtl -off command failed
Access through the modem is administered to disable
Access through the modem is currentry disable
any idea ?
