Our company is moving to becoming a shared service environment and I am looking for some thoughts on how to use the CM to collect call accounting using forced account codes. We do have a microcall, but the directory updating is time consuming.
If anyone can give me an example of how forced account codes are used in other companies, this may be helpful as we start looking for solutions and bill back to our internal customers.
