Are current CM is 5.2.1 SP 13 and the AES is 6.3.1.0.19-0. Trying to figure out what licenses are needed for both for Nice DMCC recording station side.

my experience is with 3.1 and 3.2, Avaya CM 5.0 and AES 5.x however I think the scheme keeps
For Active Recording on Avaya you will need:
TSAPI licences for CTI, for the phones, and also for the ACDs if applicable.
(usually Avaya will sell a bundle with plenty of TSAPI licences)
DMCC licences for the voice capture (PBX based), usually is one per recording channel.
