CM 6.1 Utility Server Phone FW Upgrades

Trying to figure this out for weeks now,

I have been trying to upgrade my 96xx phones from the CM utility server and it always fail. I can see when the CM sends a reboot signal to the phone but as always it comes back as failed.

It doesnt give me a error message just failed, but the retrieval of the FW is failing
