CM 5.0 IA770 can't leave message/change greetings

Hi All,

does anyone here having this issue.

I'm having problem with my Avaya IA770 INTUITY AUDIX. we cannot leave message to a station it will always say NO NAME RECORDED after pressing # sign!, when i checked the greeting recording it will say NOTHING TO APPROVED!. this was working before, i tried reset the server and stop/start the messaging and still the error came up.

I upgraded the IA770 software to A6109rf+b.rpm and CM 5.0 patch to SP1.

I'm using this guide for activating the IA770. Avaya IA 770 INTUITY AUDIX Messaging Application Release 5.1
